1. Service Cancellation

Customers may cancel a booked service up to 2 hours before the scheduled technician arrival without any penalty. If the technician has already reached the site, a standard visiting fee of ₹250 to ₹500 (depending on area) will be applicable.

2. Refunds on Spare Parts

Spare parts (AC compressors, CCTV cameras, Solar components) once installed and tested are subject to manufacturer warranty. We do not offer cash refunds on installed hardware. If a part is found defective within the first 48 hours, it will be replaced free of cost.

3. Large Project Refunds

For Solar Rooftop or high-value CCTV projects:

Advances are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or dispatched.
In case of site technical rejection (e.g., MVVNL refusing net metering due to grid issues), a refund of the advance minus processing fees will be issued.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days via the original mode of payment.
