1. Scope of Service

Fidelity Solutions provides technical services including AC repair, Solar Panel installation, Pest Control, and CCTV surveillance. By booking a service, you agree to allow our authorized technicians access to your premises at the scheduled time.

2. Pricing & Quotations

All initial estimates provided over the phone are tentative. Final pricing is confirmed after an on-site inspection.
A visiting fee may apply if a customer chooses not to proceed with a repair after diagnosis.
Solar installation prices are subject to site feasibility and current government subsidy norms in Uttar Pradesh.

3. Payment Terms

Payments must be made via authorized channels (UPI, Bank Transfer, or Cash) upon completion of the service. For large projects like Solar or multi-camera CCTV setups, an advance payment of 40-60% is required to initiate procurement.

4. Warranty & Liability

We provide a 30-day service warranty on AC repairs and specific warranties on hardware as provided by original manufacturers (Hikvision, Tata Solar, etc.). Fidelity Solutions is not liable for damages caused by fluctuating power grids, natural disasters, or third-party tampering after our service.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in relation to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
